Physical Therapist

- Assess patients' conditions and histories
- Develop tailored rehab treatment plans
- Conduct exercises to improve mobility

- Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a physical therapist, meeting professional standards.
- Current CPR certification required during clinical employment.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to different client locations.
