Chick-fil-A Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food and service.

As a Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member, you may work in the kitchen which would entail prepping and cooking food to ensure quality and accuracy of orders and other kitchen duties.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and each other.

In your role, you are encouraged to bring your positive contagious energy to work every day as you learn, grow and perform your job to your highest ability.

Position Type:

• Full-time or Part-time

• Daytime or Closing Shifts (premium pay for closing shifts)

• Must Have Availability Friday and/or Saturday (Closed Sundays)

Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food

• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

• Be detail-oriented

• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

• Work on your feet for several hours at a time

• Communicate effectively with other Team Members

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

• Other duties as assigned

• Have the ability to lift and carry up 50 lbs

• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
