JobID: 3483 Position Type: Support Staff/Administrative Assistant/Secretary Date Posted: 11/9/2025 Location: New Oxford Central Office, New Oxford, PA Date Available: July 2022 Closing Date: 11/19/2025 Program Student Services Description To provide administrative support to the Director of Student Services and District Engagement in supervision of staff, program administration, and communication initiatives in support of effective and efficient program operations. Serves as a liaison between the Director of Student Services and District Engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications - HS Diploma required; post graduate business program credits or degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a high level secretarial / administrative assistant position
- Previous experience providing support to a team of supervisors in special education programs preferred
- Previous experience working with budgets, handling confidential matters, scheduling, prompt and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders required
- Experience supporting various aspects of Committees and Board matters preferred
- Ability to provide leadership, support and direction to other team members
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions in the absence of supervisors or on their behalf
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Google suite and comfort with learning new software
