**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our IT department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate IT projects, manage calendars, and assist with various office tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. **Responsibilities:**
· Data Entry to support reporting needs
· Making data corrections in W5 to support reporting accuracy
· Documenting Technical instruction for User Guides for Provider and Client portals
· Review the Daily Portal Reports to see if there are any new Provider requests:
-Track requests
-Send new requests to Provider Relations to update the OnTrack Provider Portal status to Yes.
· Begin a log of questions and reporting responses received and sent to the Portal mailboxes. Trends noted in the log to be assessed by K. Bean for the development of needed FAQ’s or for recommendations to enhance the portals, etc.
· Create test data in the UAT Portal Apps for Training material development
· Capture screen shots of portals with Test Data for Training material updates
· Assist with customer/employer changes in W5 (Data Entry)
· Organize data in Excel for reporting and analysis
· Assist with the organization and documentation of reporting requirements
· Develop/document PowerPoint Presentations for IT management
· Provide light calendar administration for IT management
· Assist with IT vendor and contract management – organization/filing of contracts in appropriate file shares; keeping track of renewal dates and maintaining vendor contacts
· Other duties as assigned
