Automotive Sales Manager

This is a full-time position with a five-day workweek.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all salespeople
Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit
Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
Orders/acquires new and used-vehicle inventory
Displays, merchandises, and promotes new and used vehicles
Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent required
Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
State Sales License
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
This position is located at Hondru Ford, 300 South Main Street, Manheim, PA 17022
