Position Overview:
We are currently looking for dedicated and hardworking Restoration Production Technicians to join our team. As a Restoration Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. You will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!”


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the restoration and remediation of properties affected by disasters, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment, such as water extraction machines, dehumidifiers, air movers, and power tools.
• Remove and dispose of damaged materials, including drywall, flooring, and insulation.
• Set up containment areas and use proper safety measures to prevent the spread of contaminants.
• Assist with mold remediation, which may involve cleaning and treating affected areas.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the efficient and safe completion of restoration projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Document all work performed, including before-and-after photos, moisture readings, and job progress reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment storage and vehicle maintenance.
• Uphold our commitment to delivering excellent customer service and professionalism on every job site.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in restoration work is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to various restoration techniques.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
