Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• Expected to assist in general OR when there are no CVOR cases
• Call requirements include every 3rd day and at least 1-2 weekends per month
• Call hours: 1500-0700 weekdays, 48 hours on weekends
• Weekend coverage as needed
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Maximum 7 days requested time off (RTO)
• Float to General OR as required
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC experience required
• Skills include CVOR procedures, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), TAVR, mitral valve replacement, MAZE procedure, atrial septal defect repair
• Additional skills: fire safety, cell saver, blood product administration, infection control, laser safety, radiation safety
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours to complete)
• Manager interview required
• Clean RN license required with no license hits accepted
