Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Estimator to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a critical role in assessing vehicle damages, preparing accurate repair estimates, and communicating with insurance companies and customers regarding the repair process. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our repairs meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damages and prepare thorough and accurate repair estimates
• Communicate with insurance companies and customers to explain the repair process and provide updates
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies to continuously improve estimating skills
• Utilize collision repair estimating software to generate estimates and manage repair data
• Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania appraiser's license (required)
• Automotive knowledge and familiarity with collision repair procedures
• Experience in estimating and writing thorough and accurate repair estimates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using collision repair estimating software
• Understanding of insurance guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• I-CAR certification or relevant industry certifications (a plus)
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification (a plus)
