Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing the agency’s brand strategy and supporting the sales team through lead generation, digital content management, and trade show coordination. The ideal candidate can translate technical manufacturing processes into compelling value propositions for B2B clients.

Responsibilities

. Content & Digital Management

• Website Oversight: Maintain and update the company website (WordPress/Shopify/etc.), ensuring product catalogs, technical specs, and SEO keywords are current.

• Content Creation: Write and distribute case studies, white papers, and "industry insight" blog posts that highlight our manufacturing capabilities.

• Social Media: Manage B2B platforms (primarily LinkedIn) to showcase project wins, factory floor highlights, and company culture.

2. Sales Enablement & Lead Gen

• Collateral Development: Use Canva or Adobe Suite to create high-quality line cards, brochures, and digital presentations for the sales team.

• Email Marketing: Design and deploy monthly newsletters and automated "nurture" campaigns for existing and prospective leads.

• CRM Management: Assist in tracking lead sources and ensuring the sales pipeline is populated with qualified prospects.

3. Trade Shows & Events

• Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of industry trade shows, including booth design, equipment shipping, promotional giveaways, and lead retrieval.

• Pre-Show Marketing: Execute "Save the Date" campaigns to drive booth traffic and schedule on-site meetings for the sales team.

4. Brand & Asset Management

• Photography/Video: Coordinate (or perform) basic photography of finished products and "behind-the-scenes" shop footage for marketing use.

• Internal Branding: Ensure all company templates, signage, and branded apparel remain consistent with our corporate identity.
