About the Role

Were looking for a sharp, systems-minded Operations Project Manager to help us stay organized, accountable, and moving quickly. Youll work closely with the founder and core team to translate messy, fast-moving priorities into clean workflows and finished projects. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, takes ownership without being asked, and finds satisfaction in turning chaos into structure. Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex problems into simple, actionable workflows
• Track and follow through on high-priority tasks ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips
• Spot inconsistencies, implement quality checks, and drive clarity across the team
• Coordinate across Sales, IT, and Operations to remove blockers and keep momentum up
• Build systems that create visibility into team responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
• Help the founder structure ambiguous challenges into clear next steps
• Surface what needs attention, escalate when appropriate, and keep people accountable without micromanaging

Bonus Points

• Experience in project management, operations, product ops, or early-stage execution roles
• Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Monday, Discord, Make/N8n, or various no-code tools
• Prior work with founder-led or fast-paced startups
• QA, people ops, or systems background, especially in operational infrastructure
