Landscape Production Manager

As a Landscape Production Manager, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring that crews deliver outstanding service and results. Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape maintenance, enhancement, and snow crews for assigned properties, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
• Conduct regular property quality reviews and analyze production efficiency and CRM reports on a weekly basis.
• Monitor estimated versus actual hours, manage labor planning, and track material usage for projects.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a positive company culture on job sites.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
• Train and develop crew leaders to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape management or account management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations, plant material, and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and client expectations effectively.
• Experience with Aspire software is a plus (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation

Starting salary at $75,000 plus bonuses.
