Landscape Production Manager

- We are seeking an experienced Landscape Production Manager to oversee day- to-day operation, manage client relationships, and ensure our crews deliver exceptional service and results. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, values teamwork, and has a passion for landscaping.
- Oversee landscape maintenance, enhancement, and snow crews for assigned properties.
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow- through.
- Review property quality, production efficiency, and CRM reports weekly.
- Manage estimated vs. actual hours, labor planning, and material usage.
- Lead safety meetings and promote company culture on job sites.
- identify enhancement opportunities and support sales growth.
- Train and develop crew leaders for continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of landscape management or account management experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations, plant material, and equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and client expectations.
- Aspire software experience a plus ( training provided )
- Valid drivers and clean driving record required
- Starting salary at $75,000 + bonuses
