ResponsibilitiesGreet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.
Schedule and confirm client appointments with agents.
Assist with processing new insurance applications and policy changes.
Manage and organize client files, both physical and digital.
Handle general office administrative duties, including mail, scanning, and filing.
Provide support to the insurance agents as needed.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding client information.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
