As a Call Center Representative, you are the voice of the company. You will handle inbound inquiries regarding account balances, toll charges, and general updates. Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No Weekends!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Service: Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.

• Accuracy: Process payments and account updates with high attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or call center environment.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Skills: strong active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.

• Reliability: This is an onsite position (no remote work available) requiring a commitment to the 9am–6pm shift.
