Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)

We’re a growing dental practice seeking a confident, organized, and patient-focused Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to run the day-to-day flow of the office while guiding patients through high-value treatment decisions—especially implant care .

This role is perfect for someone who loves being at the front of the practice, understands both the clinical and financial side of dentistry , and knows how to turn trust into treatment acceptance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily operations of the practice and keep the front running smoothly

• Present and coordinate treatment plans , with a strong focus on implants

• Confidently discuss financial options , insurance benefits, EOBs, and financing applications

• Use Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and patient management

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless patient experience

• Engage with patients from first call to completed treatment

• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to drive case acceptance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental office experience required

• Strong knowledge of Dentrix , EOBs, and patient financing

• Comfortable presenting and “selling” treatment in a professional, ethical, patient-first way

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Confident, dependable, and polished—patients trust you immediately

• Implant experience is a big plus

Compensation & Schedule

• $27–$32 per hour , based on experience

• Performance bonus paid after treatment is accepted and completed when you successfully close cases

• Office Hours:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
