Position Overview

Pact is hiring experienced corporate attorneys for partner roles at our fully remote law firm, offering autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and support from a collaborative legal team. You will lead your practice with access to systems, infrastructure, and the backing of seasoned professionals who prioritize results over red tape.

What You'll Do

Advise clients on corporate structuring, transactions, and commercial matters

Draft and negotiate contracts and deal documents

Manage client matters independently and efficiently

Originate new client relationships and expand existing ones

Collaborate with peers to support client matters and development

Who You Are

7+ years of corporate law experience at a U.S. law firm

Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. State Bar

Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships

Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills

Communicates clearly and meets deadlines reliably

Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Proficiency with legal and communication technology
