Elegance Café in Paoli is seeking a friendly and reliable sales lead to join our team. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and handling transactions accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items according to established recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment
- Restocking supplies, as needed
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
