We are currently seeking experienced Fine Dining Servers who are passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

We are currently seeking passionate and dependable Dining Room Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food and beverage, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a memorable guest experience.

Server Essential Functions

• Coordinate an entire station and communicate effectively with front and back of house personnel
• Take ownership of the guest experience from start to finish
• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes; make recommendations and answer questions regarding food, beverages, and service
• Take orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar
• Serve courses efficiently and ensure accuracy of each order
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to additional requests, and ensure the meal is complete
• Present and settle checks using proper procedures
• Perform assigned side work before and after shifts

Server Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available weekends and major holidays
• 2–3 years of fine dining experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, etiquette, and guest relations
• High level of service orientation, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task
• Must work well both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation

• Base pay: $2.83/hour + tips
• Expected hours: 20–40 per week
