How Youll Brighten Each Day
- Personal Care with Dignity Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises.
- Healthy Home & Meals Plan, prep, and serve nutritious meals; keep the home tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Medication & Wellness Oversight Provide timely reminders and track basic health indicators.
- Companionship & Engagement Chat, play games, accompany walks, and support social outings or errands.
- Family & Team Communication Maintain clear, respectful updates with loved ones and the care team.
- A live-in caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or PCA with experience in providing care of dementia patient/s is preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain awake/alert for overnight safety checks
- Compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a clients home
