• We are hiring immediately for an OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - NE position.
• Location : Canteen Vending, 150 Gordon Drive, Exton, PA 19341. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full Time; Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
• Details : General responsibilities include:
  • Fleet Administrator for Canteen Vending and OCS Philly
  • Initial Onboarding of New Route Professionals
  • Route Professional tracking/confirming training compliance
  • Completion of online Compass OMS - MyLearning training
  • Holman Insights, Samsar, Geotab website maintenance
  • Fleet Telematics tracking and reporting - Driver scorecard
  • Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DOT) tracking
  • Fleet vehicle maintenance- Coordinates vehicle maintenance issues with our onsite mechanic and local repair shops - Includes vehicle recalls. Ensure vehicles are stocked with the required supplies
  • Online supply ordering
  • Safe Driver reporting
  • Monitors vehicle cleanliness inspections
  • Safety committee member
  • Reports all vehicle incidents to DOM (District Ops Manager) and the direct CSM (Customer Service manager)
  • Completes special assignments as needed
• Requirement : Fleet administrative experience a plus but not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Windows. DOT certification is required. On-the-job training provided.
• Pay Range: $26-29 an hour

Job Summary

Summary: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the operation. The Coordinator will interact closely with all clients and associates to ensure seamless coordination of any operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists managers in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities.
• Monitors, controls, and supports business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Liaises between customer, associates, and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinates and manages project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Identifies problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
• Follows standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
• Maintains clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Administrative and clerical experience in an office, hotel, corporate or related work environment.
• Superior quantitative, oral and written communications, problem-solving, and strategizing skills.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
