Accounts Payable Specialist

We are assisting a distribution center in Lebanon,PA with an Accounts Payable Specialist position. They base their business & culture on 4 values: Customer, Accountability, Excellence, Results. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing Accounts Payable processing and data entry
• Analysis of balance and income statements
• Analysis of general ledger accounts

Required for Success:

• Three years’ minimum experience in accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles, rules, and practices
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Able to learn and function with our Eclipse software
• Have a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Two-year Associates degree in Accounting or Business a bonus
