Host / Reservationist
The Blue Elephant in Wayne, PA, is currently seeking to hire FOH positions, including Food Runners and Hosts!

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of RESY reservation system; TOAST POS experience a plus
- Friendly, authentic, and empathetic personality with a strong focus on guest experience
- Ability to multitask efficiently while remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, seating assignments, and guest requests accurately
- Ability to make informed seating decisions based on reservations, table availability, and restaurant flow
- Ability to work effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
