Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (hybrid work schedule)

Compensation: Base Salary of $55,000 + commissions

L2 Brands is on the lookout for a driven, energetic, and customer-obsessed Inside Sales Representative to join our crew!

What You’ll Be Doing (aka: Your Sales Superpowers in Action):

• Dial, email, and connect your way to smashing monthly and annual sales goals
• Master the art of outbound prospecting—and follow up on those sweet inbound leads
• Use our CRM (HubSpot) like a boss to track, nurture, and grow customer accounts
• Become a product knowledge wizard—seriously, we’ll make sure you’re an expert
• Cross-sell, upsell, and educate customers with confidence
• Keep things accurate and organized with order entries and customer info
• Occasionally travel to trade shows and customers to show off your relationship-building skills
• Help customers find what they love—and come back for more

We’d Love to See These Super Skills:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
• A Bachelor’s degree? Great—but your passion and hustle matter more
• CRM experience, especially with HubSpot, is a big plus
• Communication ninja: written, verbal, and everything in between
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro
• A mindset for solving problems and making improvements
• Positive, upbeat attitude (we like good vibes around here)

The Serious Stuff (Yes, This Is Still a Real Job):

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Keep your pipeline current and your deals moving
• Some travel required—less than 20%, and usually for cool things like trade shows
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (you’ve got this!)
• Work with a great team in our Hanover office
