The Director of Information Technology Operations (IT) is responsible for overseeing the organization's internal IT support functions, ensuring the security, efficiency, and reliability of network infrastructure, IT security, and user support services. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and a vision for leveraging technology to enhance business operations with responsibility for managing a team of 20.

Location: West Chester, PA- Hybrid

Expected Outcomes:

• Network Infrastructure:
1. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust network infrastructure to support business needs.
2. Oversee the management of servers, and networking hardware including a continued migration to the cloud.
3. Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technology requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
• IT Security:
1. Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and best practices to safeguard organizational data and systems.
2. Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and industry standards with emphasis on CMMC.
4. Oversee identity and access management, data encryption, and risk mitigation strategies.
• User Support Services:
1. Manage and lead an IT support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
2. Develop user support protocols, service-level agreements (SLAs), and training programs.
3. Optimize IT service delivery through automation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
4. Foster a user-centric approach to IT support, enhancing technology adoption and efficiency.
• AI Initiatives:
1. Stay abreast of advancements in artificial intelligence and implement AI initiatives to enhance IT operations and business processes.
2. Evaluate and integrate AI technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, and innovation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and project implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, security, and governance.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure, security, and cost optimization.
• Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Experience working as a Federal Contractor is strongly preferred

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: $129,663-$171,790-$213,918
