SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Plan, manage, or coordinate the Pharmacy operations within the organization. Manages the work efforts of supervisors and/or individual contributors. Makes decisions based on unit objectives, as well as company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required.

• Current PA Licensure to practice as a Pharmacist or License eligibility required.

• Three (3) years of related experience required.
