Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Lympha Press, a leader in home compression therapy, is now offering an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Chadds Ford, PA.

The AR Coordinator will record payments to patients' accounts and maintain accounts receivable records with accurate data by performing the following duties.

• Manage accounts receivables for current insurance claims

• Generate and mail invoices to patients as required; initiate billing for secondary claims

• Follow up with patients and/or their insurance to obtain necessary information or documentation for claim appeals

• Research and process patient claims of Explanation of Benefits invoice payments

• Research and process charge backs, returns, and bad checks

• Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and provide follow-up

• Call and/or mail correspondence to patients as needed to update accounts

• Assist with related special projects, as required

• Work effectively with other employees, managers, and departments

• Perform all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of experience with benefit verifications and authorizations

• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to multi-task and work independently

• Knowledge of insurance guidelines; DME experience a plus

• Proficient with computers, software, and office equipment

• Strong time management skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to interpret and apply complex information, variables, and instructions where limited standardization exists

• Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Ability to perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)

• Demonstrated ability to stay productive and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
