We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) in Clarion, Pennsylvania who wants meaningful patient impact without sacrificing work-life balance.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on providing screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy. You’ll manage your own caseload with full support staff and the flexibility to work 1–2 days remotely.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $65,000 – $80,000+ based on experience
• Annual performance bonus
• Health insurance, employer pays 80%
• Dental & vision insurance
• Life insurance up to $100,000
• 20 days PTO + 8 paid holidays
• 5 CME days with $1,500 allowance
• 403(b) with 5% match
• Eligible for student loan repayment up to $100,000
• Tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 annually
