Salary and Benefits

• The pay for this position starts at $100,000 - $120,000+
• Yearly bonus based on quality and productivity
• Health Insurance - Employer covers 80% (Employee: $41.04 - $164.38 per month)

Responsibilities

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) & Thursday (10:30am - 7:00pm)
• Providing primary care to patients of all ages

Requirements

• Clear and active FNP license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
