We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. This position plays an important role in producing high-quality hose products used by firefighters, agricultural operations, and other industries that depend on reliable water delivery systems every day.

Requirements:Loom Operator / Textile Machine Operator
2nd and 3rd shift available
What You'll Do- Operate and monitor weaving looms and related textile equipment
- Replace bobbins and yarn as needed
- Identify and correct minor weaving issues
- Inspect fabric for quality defects
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Work with supervisors and team members to maintain production goals
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in other textile operations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Regular lifting of up to 20 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Manufacturing environment with moving machinery, noise, and textile dust
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- On-the-job training provided
