Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent) Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided What You'll Do Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products Develop lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Consistently follow up to move prospects through the sales process Track activity, production, and sales goals Collaborate with team members to support agency growth Maintain accurate records and compliance standards What We're Looking For Strong desire to build a successful sales career Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the business Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong follow-up and organizational abilities Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving results Previous sales, business development, retail sales, hospitality, customer-facing, or insurance experience preferred Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses Uncapped earning potential Full support through the licensing process Professional sales training and ongoing coaching Career advancement opportunities within a growing agency Supportive team culture focused on achievement and success Equal Opportunity Employer Charles Berrouet State Farm is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including ADEA and EEOC guidelines.
