Total Compensation: $16.00–$25.00 per hour (includes hourly pay, tips, and performance-based monthly incentives)

About the Role: As a Wingman with College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving , you’ll be part of a fun, energetic team providing stress-free moving and junk removal services to our clients. You’ll work alongside your Team Lead (Truck Captain) to deliver excellent customer experiences while building valuable skills in teamwork, customer service, and operations.

No prior moving experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training to set you up for success. If you have a background in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, warehouse, or manufacturing work — great! But a strong work ethic and positive attitude matter most.

2. Safely lift, carry, and load items from homes, offices, and job sites.
3. Follow all safety protocols and operate with care and efficiency.
4. Provide outstanding customer service with every interaction.
5. Represent the College HUNKS brand by being on time, professional, and upbeat.
6. Support your Team Lead and teammates with a positive, “all-in” attitude.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy helping others.
2. Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. safely while climbing stairs and moving items.
3. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation .
4. Must pass a background check .
