Join a thriving, quality-focused cardiology team in the heart of South-Central Indiana, where collaboration, innovation, and lifestyle converge. This non-invasive cardiology opportunity offers a balanced schedule, minimal call, and access to advanced imaging toolsall within a top-ranked cardiovascular program. Work alongside a collegial mix of general, interventional, and electrophysiology specialists, supported by 9 nurse practitioners and dedicated hospitalists. With Cleveland Clinic Connected resources and a focus on value-based care, this role supports both clinical excellence and professional growth without RVU pressure. Position Highlights:

• Diverse team: 4 general, 3 interventional, and 2 electrophysiologists
• 12 days/week of outreach within 30 minutes of the hospital
• Manageable volume: ~22 patients/day with balanced clinic/inpatient focus
• 1:6 call with generous APP and hospitalist support; additional call pay optional
• Imaging resources: Echo, TEE, Nuclear/PET, CTstate-of-the-art technology
• Cleveland Clinic Connected site with shared protocols and CME
• $600K base salary + $100K sign-on bonus
• Value-based compensation modelno RVU targets
• 39 days PTO, $4K CME, and full benefits
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR
