We are looking for a proactive, energetic Marketing Manager & Inside Sales Representative to join our team, bridging the gap between digital marketing strategy and hands-on technical sales.

Position Summary

As our Marketing Manager, you will drive revenue growth and brand awareness through a mix of digital marketing, technical support, and relationship management. You will manage our social media presence, track marketing ROI, and support distributor training. This role is crucial in managing Berkebile Oil products, PFC Undercoating and PFC systems sales operations from our office.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Strategy

• Social Media Management: Define the vision and manage social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to generate leads and showcase product results.
• Website & Analytics Tracking: Monitor website traffic and lead conversion results; provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement.
• Agency Collaboration: Lead monthly meetings with our external social media firm to refine strategy and campaigns.
• Social Media Post Management: Working with our network of sponsored race car drivers, professional undercoaters, customers, and salespeople to monitor and oversee social media posts and campaigns. Monitoring and replying to all social media comments.
• Customer Appreciation: Oversee and coordinate Customer Appreciation Days and special marketing events for installers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, marketing, or technical support (automotive, coatings, or industrial experience is a plus).
• Education: 4-year degree in Marketing or Sales
• Process Aptitude: Strong ability to learn technical aspects of undercoating systems and provide chemical application guidance.
• Marketing Savvy: Proven experience with social media advertising and basic digital marketing tracking.
• Technical Ability: Digital Design Software, Artificial Intelligence (AI) , and all Microsoft Office program experience required.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting during distributor trainings.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Background in Automotive, Mechanical, Painting/Coating, or Chemical industries.
• Hands-On mechanical experience
• Experience in a B2B sales or distribution environment.
