Commuting Information: Our office is conveniently located within a 60-minute commute from York, Harrisburg, and Lancaster.

Position: Rainmaker (Sales Role)
Pronunciation : (rayn may kr) Definition : In the business world, a "Rainmaker" is an individual who generates significant revenue by attracting new customers and leads.

In this sales-focused role, you will engage with clients via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings. If youre not comfortable with direct communication and handling rejection, this position may not be the right fit for you.

While our focus is on sales, our approach is needs-based. We prioritize understanding our customers on a personal level, ensuring we provide solutions tailored to their unique needs. Remember, everyone needs insurance, and its not a one-size-fits-all solution!

Qualifications:

• Insurance experience is not required
• Sales experience is preferred
• Must be coachable and open to feedback
• Must be willing to obtain a license
