Team Sales Lead – Strip District Tees

Strip District Tees is hiring a Team Sales Lead to help support daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and keep our store running smoothly in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Strip District. As a Team Sales Lead , you’ll set the tone on the sales floor, support your teammates, and help create a fun, high‑energy environment for customers and staff.

As a Team Sales Lead , you will:

• Lead the sales floor and support shift operations

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers remain the top priority

• Support selling strategies and inventory control

• Maintain visual standards, assist with floor moves, and keep displays organized

• Help train new team members and model positive, professional behavior

• Assist with returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention

• Contribute to a clean, organized, and high‑energy store environment

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred

• Leadership, training, or coaching experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality

• Detail‑oriented with a growth mindset

• Comfortable using basic digital tools and POS systems

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Availability for 10–20 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and busy local sports days

• Starting Pay: $15.00/hour (based on experience)
