Position Summary
The HVAC Sales Advisor (Comfort Consultant) meets with homeowners to assess comfort needs, design system solutions, present financing options, and close sales. This role runs pre-set, qualified leads — no cold calling required.
This is a performance-driven sales position with uncapped earning potential and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Run pre-set, qualified in-home sales appointments
- Assess homeowner comfort, efficiency, and equipment needs
- Design and present HVAC system replacement options
- Clearly explain pricing and financing solutions
- Follow a structured sales process
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience from consultation to installation
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and performance goals
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
Preferred:
- In-home sales experience
- HVAC sales or home services experience
- Experience working with financing options
- CRM experience
