We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to help expand our national provider network supporting VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams .

In this role, you will work directly with dental offices and medical providers to onboard, credential, and activate them to perform exams that support veterans’ healthcare and benefits.

This is a high-impact role where speed, organization, and strong communication are critical to success.

• Engage and onboard dental practices to participate in C&P exams
  
• Guide offices through setup
  
• Train offices on workflow, documentation, and billing processes
  
• Ensure offices are fully operational and ready to see patients
  

• Source and recruit psychologist, Optometrist, Dentist , NPs, and PAs for clinic-based C&P exams
  
• Build a pipeline of providers across multiple states
  
• Partner with leadership to prioritize high-need markets
  
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and professional networks
  

• Coordinate provider credentialing (licenses, malpractice, certifications)
  
• Ensure all providers meet VA and internal compliance standards
  
• Track and manage provider data in internal systems
  
• Work cross-functionally to expedite onboarding timelines
  

• Ensure providers are activated and ready for scheduling
  
• Troubleshoot onboarding or credentialing delays
  
• Partner with operations teams to align provider coverage with demand
  

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, provider relations, or credentialing
  
• Experience working with medical or dental providers
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  

• Experience with VA, DoD, or C&P exam programs
  
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems
  
• Background in healthcare staffing or provider network development
