Bubba's Gourmet Burgers in Canonsburg, PA is looking for three server/waitstaff to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 114 Southpointe Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations confidently
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Handle payment transactions (cash, credit, gift cards) accurately
• Maintain clean and organized tables, service stations, and work areas
• Assist with side work including stocking, cleaning, and setup/breakdown
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Uphold company standards for appearance, attitude, and professionalism
• Promote specials, events, and upsell when appropriate

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Must be prompt and on time for all shifts
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus
