Landscape Tree Care Crew Leader

The Landscape Tree Care Crew Leader will play a key role in leading crews, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and delivering exceptional results for clients who value well-maintained landscapes and healthy trees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of landscapers and arborists to achieve high-quality results on every project
• Operate and supervise the use of landscaping and tree care equipment, including chainsaws and skid steers
• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
• Communicate with clients on-site to provide updates, address questions, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure safety and productivity
• Enforce safety procedures in compliance with OSHA and company policies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading landscaping or tree care crews
• Strong knowledge of tree care practices, landscape design principles, and equipment operation
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
• ISA Certification or other relevant credentials are a plus, but not required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results
