Proclinical is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to lead and manage medical information strategies and resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, compliant medical information documents and processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of medical information processes and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in developing and managing medical information documents and SOPs.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle escalated inquiries professionally.

The Director of Medical Information's' responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement medical information strategies and response resources.
• Plan, create, and maintain high-quality medical information documents, including FAQs and other standard materials, ensuring timely review, approval, and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Develop and standardize medical information processes through SOP creation.
• Lead and manage relationships with contact center vendors, including identifying, onboarding, and training new vendors as needed.
• Handle escalated responses to non-standard medical inquiries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant resolutions.
