Outside Sales Account Executive (Base + Commission-Based + Bonuses)

Breadcrumbs AI is on a mission to help independent restaurant operators take control of their numbers and get their lives back. Our powerful software replaces spreadsheets and busywork with clarity, automation, and profitability. We're looking for a hungry, self-motivated to join us in spreading the word and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target independent restaurants, cafés, and multi-unit operators in your region
• Conduct in-person and Zoom demos that focus on solving real-world pain points for operators
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified leads through outreach and referrals
• Collaborate with our onboarding and support team to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale
• Maintain a results-first attitude, staying organized and driven in a commission-only role

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, especially in hospitality, foodservice, or SaaS
• Existing network in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a big plus
• Strong storytelling, demoing, and objection-handling skills
• The ability to work independently, follow up like a pro, and hit sales targets
• Passion for restaurants and helping operators succeed
