What You'll Do:

As the Supervisor of Innovation, you'll be the driving force behind CMI Media Group's cutting-edge media and partnership strategies. You will:

• Scout and securegame-changing partnerships in the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape, focusing on areas like audio, VR, AI, gaming, and other forward-thinking, non-traditional opportunities.
• Spearhead pilot programs, collaborating with Engagement Strategy, Business Leads, Activation teams, and clients to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Serve as the internal champion for innovation, both in a client-facing role and as a vital resource for engagement strategy and activation teams.
• Become a thought leader, contributing to bi-monthly POVs and working with media and brand teams to infuse innovative thinking into client solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve, constantly researching emerging technologies and media planning trends to advance CMI's offerings and solidify our position as industry pioneers.

• Bachelor's degreein business, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of experiencein innovation management or similar roles.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
