We’re looking for a Lead Carpenter who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and values being a part of a company that believes in doing things the right way – every time.

What you’ll do

Guide our residential remodeling and custom home projects throughout the Lehigh Valley. You’ll work hands-on with a talented carpentry team—from rough framing to finish carpentry—bringing homeowners’ visions to life with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Lead and work hands-on beside the carpentry team
• Review drawings and plans to organize and execute jobs efficiently
• Make decisions on site about what work to delegate versus what to personally take on
• Build trust and communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to bring clients’ visions to life — from framing through finish work

What you need to thrive in this role

• 4+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred, but skilled tradespeople ready to step up will be considered)
• Strong framing, drywall, and trim carpentry skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job drawings
• Experience installing cabinetry and millwork; tile experience a plus
• A valid PA driver’s license and strong communication skills
• A team player with pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and a great attitude
