A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Quality Oversight & Improvement Lead – Human Services. This will be full time.

• Location: Scranton, PA 18503
• Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (M-F 8am-4:30pm), Hybrid (In-office Mondays and Tuesdays, Remote Wed-Fri)
• Travel: Required for regional onsite reviews (September–December) and occasional trips to Harrisburg (approximately twice per year)
• Benefits : available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• Pay Rate : $25.00-28.00 an hour paid bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee QA&I activities with assigned AEs and SCOs.
• Implement quality improvement processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Participate in statewide response systems regarding waivers and oversight questions.
• Develop and distribute performance reports based on QA&I findings.
• Provide training and technical assistance to AEs, SCOs, providers, and ODP staff.
• Review reports, corrective action plans, policies, and procedures.
• Track documentation flow related to QA&I processes.
• Prepare and share reports with Regional Program Managers, supervisors, and QA&I staff.
• Attend regional meetings and provide oversight reports as needed.
• Retrieve and analyze data from the Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS).
• Participate in statewide QA&I team meetings and workgroups.
• Develop, analyze, and trend QA&I data for performance improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field and 1 year of experience in the ODP service system, or 5 years of experience in the ODP service system.
• 2 years of experience in quality oversight within a human services program.
• Knowledge of the ODP ID/A Program and policies for AEs, SCOs, and providers.
• Experience instructing/presenting to diverse audiences using adult learning strategies.
