Heavyweight Waste and Smash My Trash are leading national franchises redefining the commercial waste industry. Our South Philadelphia and Wilmington locations offer local businesses smarter, more cost-effective solutions for waste hauling and on-site trash compaction. Our mission is simple: help companies save money, reduce waste volume, and operate more efficiently.
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to grow our customer base in the South Philly and Wilmington territories.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on direct sales, outside sales, and building strong relationships with B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts (door to door and B2B) .
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Utilize CRM for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Skills
- Proven experience in direct sales and territory management is essential.
- Strong background in outside sales with a focus on B2B and door to door environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for effective account management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
