Legal Administrative Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated candidate to serve as an entry level Litigation Support Specialist! This is a full time, Monday-Friday position located in King of Prussia.
Responsibilities:
- Open case files and record receipt of data/documents from clients
- Search medical records and extract pertinent material according to client instructions and enter information into database
- Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA and other legal regulations
- Ensure that authorizations, court orders, and subpoenas are in place
- Verify case orders/ independently contact individuals, law firms, medical offices, and hospitals for missing information or records (in accordance with privacy regulations)
- Maintain security/confidentiality of records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of office experience preferred
- Microsoft office
- Organized and detail oriented
Job Details:
- Full time: M-F
- Pay: $17.50 per hour
- Job Type: On-site
