Assembly - 1st Shift
Assembly Technician
Pay: $22-24/hr.
Hours: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)
Description:
- The Assembly Technician will assist in the assembly of enclosure systems. This will require knowledge and understanding of reading a tape measure and blueprints.
Requirements:
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints (test will be required)
- Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required).
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Construction/ Building experience a plus
- Ability to lift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
- Some overhead crane experience is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Read and work off blueprints
- Follow written and verbal work instructions
- Lift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Read and interpret a basic tape measure
- Proficient use of basic hand tools such as grinder, cut-off wheel, and magnetic drill.
- Assemble large metal enclosures.
