Position Overview

As a Construction Estimator , you’ll support our sales and project teams by pricing and quoting commercial jobs. This role is central to the growth of our company, helping us move toward a streamlined, estimator-led quoting process.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with sales reps and project managers to generate detailed, accurate job estimates

• Work from takeoffs, blueprints, site photos, and Google Maps to evaluate scope and requirements

• Use our automated proposal software to prepare client-ready quotes and specifications

• Provide guidance on labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor needs

• Help refine and improve our estimating process for speed, accuracy, and profitability

• Contribute to job costing analysis and pricing feedback as part of the sales process

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, estimating, or a related trade (roofing experience helpful but not required)

• Strong math and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with blueprint reading preferred (or a willingness to learn)

• Ability to interpret scopes of work and job specifications

• Technologically savvy—able to learn and adapt to proposal software and digital tools

• Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range : $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
