Warehouse & Sales Coordinator - Lancaster
Location: ProSource of Lancaster
Pay: $23-$25/hour based on experience.
Hands-on, fast-paced role with warehouse and customer-facing responsibilities

What you'll actually be doing:
- This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, customer service, and sales support.
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments, ensuring products are accurate and ready for customers
- Operate a forklift/tow motor to load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
- Pull, prepare, and organize orders for customer pickup and delivery
- Manage inventory and help maintain an organized, efficient warehouse
- Build relationships with trade professionals and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with product questions, quotes, orders, and showroom needs
- Support sales and business development efforts by helping grow member relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, safe, and professional while following all safety procedures.

Ideal background:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Warehouse, inventory, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Forklift/tow motor experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
