Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of key business functions by reviewing legal firm invoices, processing them for system submittal, and managing critical vendor relationships. You will also pull key reporting insights and support daily project administration—no legal background required! If you bring previous accounts payable, accounting, or administrative coordination experience, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your analytical and organizational skills.

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field required.

• 2+ years of experience in administration, procurement, or project support.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, formulas, budget tracking).

• Prior accounts payable or accounting support experience preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP software like SAP, Oracle, or MS Project is a plus.

• Organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
