Responsibilities

• Clear snow by hand from walkways, steps, building entrances, and areas not accessible by equipment
• Apply ice-melt and salt to maintain safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles
• Operate plow trucks or skid-steers to clear snow from commercial lots, driveways, and roadways (for qualified operators)
• Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to respond quickly when a storm occurs
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
• Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license required for equipment operators
• Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment required for operator roles; entry-level positions require no prior experience and training is provided
